📢 BDM — LATAM Payments 🌐 Remote
Payment infrastructure for merchants entering LATAM (PIX, Boleto, OXXO, SPEI, crypto). High-risk verticals: gaming, fintech, crypto.

What you'll do:
Full-cycle merchant acquisition across LATAM (Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia & more)
Outreach to decision-makers (CEO, Head of Payments, COO, CFO) via LinkedIn/Telegram/email
Negotiate rates, limits, rolling reserve, settlement terms
Represent the company at industry events (SiGMA, SBC, ICE, GAT Expo)

What we're looking for:
2-3+ years in BD/Sales/Partnerships
1+ year working directly with LATAM
Background in PSP/fintech/acquiring/crypto payments
Experience with high-risk clients (iGaming, betting, Forex, crypto)
Existing merchant/PSP network — great plus
English B2+, Ukrainian/Russian , Spanish — advantage
