What you will do:
- Own the marketing strategy end-to-end and tie it to business targets
- Drive go-to-market for new product launches and promo campaigns
- Shape a brand that stands out in a crowded iGaming market
- Keep one tone of voice across every channel and touchpoint
- Design acquisition and retention funnels, grow LTV through data
- Run the full digital mix: SEO, SEM, social media, affiliate
- Build a content direction that keeps players engaged, not just acquired
- Work with creators, influencers, affiliates and partner teams
- Find and close strategic partnerships that widen brand reach
- Track competitors, market trends and new growth points
- Hire, lead and grow a strong marketing team

What we expect:
- Leadership experience in marketing, iGaming is a strong plus
- Solid grasp of acquisition, retention and brand building
- Confidence with digital channels and performance metrics
- Data-first thinking: analytics turned into business decisions
- Proven track record of building and shipping marketing strategies
- Understanding of the iGaming landscape and its key players
- Experience managing vendors, partners and external teams
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Clear communication and negotiation at stakeholder level
