Business Development Manager | Kanzum
Kanzum is a global B2B fintech platform helping companies manage cross-border payments, multi-currency accounts, and treasury operations.
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to work with inbound leads and lead discovery conversations with founders, executives, and decision-makers.
What you’ll do:
— Qualify inbound leads and assess ICP fit
— Conduct discovery calls and uncover business needs
— Understand clients’ business models, markets, and requirements
— Coordinate demos with the Founder and Senior Sales Manager
— Manage follow-ups and keep HubSpot up to date
— Share customer insights with Product & Leadership
— Help improve sales processes and qualification playbooks
What we’re looking for:
— 2–5 years of experience in a customer-facing B2B role
— Background in Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Account Management, Client Operations, Solution Consulting, or Business Consulting
— English & Russian — C1+
— Excellent communication and listening skills
— Consultative mindset and strong business curiosity
— Ability to ask the right questions and uncover customer needs
— CRM experience
— High ownership and ability to work independently
This is not a traditional high-volume outbound sales role.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys thoughtful conversations, understanding businesses, and building trust with potential clients.
Conditions:
💰 $1,800–3,000
