🚀 About the Role

We are looking for a local iGaming leader to launch and grow our Brand in Mongolia.

You’ll take ownership of the market, strategy, team, marketing, partnerships, payments, and overall business performance.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 📊 Develop and execute the Mongolia market strategy
• 👥 Build and manage a local team
• 📣 Launch marketing & affiliate channels
• 🤝 Develop partnerships with affiliates, influencers & local players
• 💳 Build local payment solutions
• 📈 Track KPIs and drive business growth

🔥 Requirements

• 🇲🇳 Fluent Mongolian - mandatory
• 🇬🇧 Business-level English
• 💼 Senior management experience
• 🎰 iGaming / betting / casino experience is a strong plus
• 🌐 Deep knowledge of the Mongolian market
• 👥 Experience building and managing teams
• 🚀 Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to launch from scratch
