✨What you’ll do:
— Build strong relationships with international B2B clients
— Support onboarding and day-to-day account management
— Help customers get maximum value from our product
— Proactively focus on retention and growth opportunities
— Work closely with internal teams to solve customer needs

✨What we’re looking for:
— 1+ year of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Support, Sales, or another client-facing role
— Excellent English, both written and spoken
— Strong communication and organizational skills
— Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership
— Motivation to grow in Customer Success
