We're looking for an experienced Design Lead / Art Director to lead the visual direction across our iGaming platform and multiple brands.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage the design team while shaping UI/UX, branding, product design, and marketing creatives that deliver a modern, consistent, and conversion-focused user experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the visual direction across products and brands
• Manage, mentor, and review the work of the design team
• Create and maintain design systems, UI components, and brand guidelines
• Design and improve web, mobile, back-office, and platform interfaces
• Oversee marketing creatives, landing pages, CRM assets, banners, and social media visuals
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, CRM, Copywriting, and Development teams
• Ensure pixel-perfect implementation and consistent design quality

Requirements
• Strong experience as an Art Director, Design Lead, or Senior UI/UX Designer
• Proven experience leading or mentoring designers
• Outstanding portfolio covering UI/UX, branding, and digital products
• Advanced knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of UX, typography, layouts, design systems, and responsive design
• Excellent English communication skills
⭐ Experience in iGaming, fintech, SaaS, crypto, motion design, or multi-brand environments is a strong advantage.

🧪 Manual QA Engineer (iGaming / Online Casino)

We're looking for an experienced Manual QA Engineer with hands-on iGaming experience to ensure the quality and stability of our online casino platform.
You'll work closely with Product, Development, Design, and Support teams to test new features, identify critical issues before release, and help deliver a reliable, high-quality product.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform manual testing of Casino, Sportsbook, Payments, CRM, Bonus Systems, and Back Office features
• Create and execute test cases, regression tests, and test documentation
• Identify, reproduce, and report defects with clear documentation
• Test player registration, KYC, payments, withdrawals, bonuses, and gameplay flows
• Validate third-party integrations, payment providers, and game providers
• Perform API testing using Postman
• Collaborate with Product, Development, and QA teams throughout the release cycle

Requirements
• 2+ years of Manual QA experience
• Mandatory experience with iGaming / Online Casino platforms
• Strong understanding of Casino, Sportsbook, Payments, Bonuses, and Player Management
• Experience with Jira, Linear, Trello, or similar tools
• Experience with API testing (Postman), browser developer tools, and responsive testing
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
• Good English communication skills (B1+)
⭐ Experience with Betby, SQL, payment integrations, KYC/AML, Responsible Gaming, or basic test automation is a strong advantage.

You'll work closely with Product, Development, QA, and Design teams, managing the full product lifecycle from research and planning to launch and continuous improvement.

What you'll do:
• Research competitors, products, and market trends
• Gather and structure business requirements
• Write detailed product documentation, user stories, and technical tasks
• Manage delivery from planning to release
• Work closely with developers, designers, and QA
• Validate completed features and identify gaps before launch
• Prioritize tasks and keep projects on track

Requirements:
✔ Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Project Manager, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role
✔ Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira, Linear, ClickUp, or Asana
✔ Experience writing product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
✔ Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
✔ Strong written English
✔ Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude AI, or similar
⭐ Experience in iGaming, fintech, SaaS, payments, crypto, APIs, platform architecture, or launching digital products is a strong advantage.
