We are looking for a Head of Operations to build scalable operational processes and ensure business transparency across the company.
Location: Ideally based in Cyprus or willing to relocate

Key responsibilities

- Own operational reporting, including client-level P&L transparency and other key business metrics
- Manage relationships with corporate service providers in Cyprus and BVI
- Drive process automation and operational excellence, including supporting SOC 2 compliance initiatives
- Lead the Operations function, with a Legal Counsel and Operations Specialist as direct reports, and help onboard a Finance Manager responsible for management reporting
- Partner closely with founders to improve operational efficiency and support business growth

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, COO Office, Finance Operations, or a similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of financial and operational reporting, including P&L analysis and KPI management
- Experience building and improving operational processes and implementing automation
- Experience working with legal, finance, and external corporate service providers across multiple jurisdictions
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or crypto is a strong advantage
- Experience supporting fundraising activities, investor due diligence, data room preparation, and investment rounds would be a strong advantage
- Fluent English
