We operate payment infrastructure across multiple isolated AWS accounts for several fintech
products. The core stack is built on Oracle Database (AWS RDS SE2), APEX applications, and
high-throughput transactional processing pipelines.
We are looking for an experienced DBA who can operate under strict PCI DSS requirements, understands the nuances of cloud-hosted Oracle, and is ready to own database stability in production environments.

🪐 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Develop and optimize Oracle SQL / PL/SQL: complex queries, procedures, functions, triggers, packages; performance tuning using AWR, ASH, EXPLAIN PLAN;
✔️ Manage database schemas: DDL migrations, partitioning, indexes, ETL processes, and secure PL/SQL development;
✔️ Administer Oracle APEX environments: upgrades, workspace management, application support, and performance troubleshooting;
✔️ Manage AWS RDS Oracle instances: provisioning, configuration, monitoring, backups, snapshots, PITR, storage, and performance optimization;
✔️ Perform data migration and replication tasks using Data Pump and AWS DMS (CDC);
✔️ Design and maintain backup/recovery processes; handle restore, schema recovery, and migration scenarios;
✔️ Monitor and troubleshoot database performance: workload analysis, blocking, deadlocks, CPU/IO issues, and maintenance activities.

🪐 Job Requirements:

Must Have 
✔️ 3+ years of DBA experience, with at least 2 years on Oracle DB;
✔️ Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL skills: packages, cursors, exceptions, dynamic SQL;
✔️ Hands-on experience with Oracle APEX (administration or application development);
✔️ Practical experience with AWS RDS Oracle: provisioning, configuration, day-to-day management;
✔️ Solid understanding of backup and recovery strategies; experience with Data Pump;
✔️ Ability to read and interpret execution plans and AWR reports;
✔️ Comfortable working in a Linux environment (bash, cron, filesystem operations); 

Nice to Have 
✔️ Background in fintech or payment systems; familiarity with PCI DSS requirements;
✔️ Experience with Oracle DMS, Kinesis, or other CDC solutions;
✔️ Exposure to Terraform / Ansible for IaC-driven database infrastructure management;
✔️ Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, or similar observability tooling;
✔️ Understanding of ORDS architecture and REST integrations via APEX;
✔️ Experience upgrading Oracle APEX across major versions.

Position: Delivery Manager

paytech is a dynamic fintech company dedicated to pushing the boundaries of innovation in the industry.

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our Integrations team and own the end-to-end delivery flow for clients’ integration requests.

In this role, you will be responsible for the process, status, delivery communication and coordination across the full lifecycle of integration-related tasks: from incoming client request through planning, execution, deployment and post-release follow-up.
This role is focused on delivery ownership, not technical ownership. You will keep work moving across teams, maintain visibility, manage dependencies and blockers, and make sure tasks are properly taken care of after deployment. Technical implementation, troubleshooting, estimation and technical decision-making is handled by the Engineering team.

🌴 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Own the end-to-end delivery process for integration-related tasks;
✔️ Drive tasks from incoming request to production validation and post-release follow-up;
✔️ Act as the main client contact for delivery-related topics, status updates and follow-up after UAT and PROD deploy;
✔️ Plan timelines, coordinate handoffs and manage changes in delivery commitments;
✔️ Track dependencies, process blockers and delivery risks, and escalate when needed;
✔️ Coordinate delivery across clients, developers, QA, DevOps, Support and external providers;
✔️ Maintain delivery visibility through reporting, workflow transparency and process improvements.

🌴 Job Requirements:
✔️ 3+ years of experience in Delivery, Project, Operations or Service Delivery roles in a tech or fintech environment;
✔️ Strong ownership of process, communication and coordination;
✔️ Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams in a structured way;
✔️ Ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders, and strong client-facing communication skills;
✔️ Good judgment on when to follow up, escalate, organise a sync or involve engineering;
✔️ Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities;
✔️ Strong understanding of APIs, payment flows and system integration concepts is a plus;
✔️ Experience with tools such as Asana, Jira, Confluence, Miro or similar;
✔️ Fluent English and Russian, both written and spoken.
