About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Producer who can help us discover, create, and launch high-performing advertising creatives for the Turkish market.

This role combines creative research, trend monitoring, content creation, and collaboration with media buyers to develop advertising concepts that drive results.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Turkish trends, news, influencers, memes, and viral content on a daily basis
• Research competitor advertising across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
• Identify winning creative concepts, hooks, and marketing angles
• Generate new advertising ideas based on market trends and audience behavior
• Create static creatives independently
• Produce simple video creatives using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
• Prepare briefs for designers and video editors when needed
• Collaborate closely with media buyers to improve creative performance and scale successful concepts

Requirements

• Native or fluent Turkish
• Intermediate+ English or Russian
• Experience in Digital Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Media Buying, or iGaming
• Strong understanding of Turkish culture, social media trends, and local audiences
• Ability to analyze and identify high-performing creatives
• Experience creating advertising content independently
• Experience with Canva, Photoshop, Figma, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
• Understanding of Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads
• Analytical mindset and proactive approach

Nice to Have

• Experience in iGaming, Betting, Gambling, or Affiliate Marketing
• Experience working with UGC content
• Network of local influencers or content creators
• Basic motion design skills
