📊 Traffic Analyst (iGaming / Affiliate Department)

Responsibilities:
• Analyze affiliate deals and traffic performance across multiple GEOs and sources
• Calculate and evaluate deal rates, margins and profitability
• Monitor and analyze ongoing campaigns and traffic flows
• Identify differences between traffic sources, creatives and approaches
• Provide insights for optimization of affiliate campaigns and deals
• Work closely with affiliate managers and media buying teams
• Support decision-making with data-driven recommendations
• Track performance trends and detect changes in traffic quality
• Maintain reporting on key campaign and deal metrics

Requirements:
• Experience in iGaming / affiliate / performance marketing analytics
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing mechanics and traffic flows
• Experience in deal analysis and rate calculations
• Ability to analyze ongoing campaigns and performance data
• Understanding of different traffic sources, GEOs and acquisition approaches
• Knowledge of affiliate networks / tracking systems — advantage
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• High market awareness (“fish in the water” mindset in iGaming)
• High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
• Ability to handle frequent communication with managers and teams
• English — Intermediate or higher
