You will work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to identify growth opportunities and validate product decisions. The role focuses on product analytics, experimentation, and user behavior analysis across the full product funnel. Youβll be part of a data-driven environment where insights quickly translate into real product changes.
βοΈ Key Responsibilities:
β’ Design, run, and analyze A/B tests end-to-end
β’ Formulate and validate product hypotheses
β’ Identify growth opportunities across the product funnel
β’ Build and analyze product metrics and user behavior
β’ Work with event-based analytics and define tracking requirements
β’ Partner with product, marketing, and engineering teams to drive decisions with data
β’ Analyze key product metrics: LTV, retention, churn, conversion funnels
β’ Segment users and analyze behavior across cohorts
βοΈ Key Qualifications:
β’ 3β5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst
β’ Strong understanding of product analytics and growth metrics
β’ Mandatory experience in crypto products, specifically in cards, payments, or related financial services
β’ Strong SQL skills, Python, A/B testing, Mathematical statistics
β’ Hands-on experience running A/B tests (design, execution, analysis)
β’ Strong understanding of statistical significance and experiment design
β’ Ability to independently turn data into actionable insights
β’ Strong experience with Amplitude (events, funnels, retention, segmentation)
β’ Strong experience with AppsFlyer (attribution and traffic analysis) and experimentation platforms
β’ Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau / Power BI / Looker) is a plus
