CyberHULL is looking for a Finance Operations Specialist to support and improve financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and internal business operations.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and Plan vs. Actual analysis
- Monitor cash flow and liquidity
- Improve financial workflows, controls, reporting templates, and databases
- Manage financial and operational documents
- Support automation and AI-driven process improvements
- Work closely with internal teams on finance and business operations tasks

Requirements:
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, taxation, and compliance
- Fluent English and Russian
- High attention to detail, ownership, accuracy, and analytical thinking
- Experience in an international IT company would be a plus
