🎮 Head of Marketing / Publishing Lead (GameDev)*
CactusPunch studio is looking for a strong marketing specialist for an ambitious Deep Dark Fantasy RPG built in Unreal Engine 5 (PC, Steam).
We are an indie studio with private funding and long-term plans for the development of the project.
Key responsibilities:
• Building the project’s marketing strategy.
• Growing Steam wishlists and the player community.
• Managing Discord, Steam, Reddit, YouTube, TikTok, and social media channels.
• Running advertising campaigns.
• Collaborating with bloggers, streamers, and gaming media outlets.
• Building a marketing team and establishing processes.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in game marketing.
• Experience promoting PC games.
• Strong understanding of the Steam ecosystem and game communities.
• Proven track record in GameDev.
Would be a plus:
• Experience launching games on Steam Early Access.
• Proven cases of growing Steam wishlists.
• Experience working with RPG / Action RPG / Survival projects.
