📌 Affiliate Manager (iGaming / Gambling) — Prague

AVK Group, an international iGaming company with its own casino brands, is looking for an Affiliate Manager to join our team in Prague.

💰 Fixed salary + KPI-based bonuses (compensation package discussed individually)
📍 Remote during the probation period, followed by relocation to Prague

🧠 About the Role

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager who will develop our affiliate channel in Tier-1 GEOs and work with high-quality affiliate partners.

The main focus of the role is sustainable traffic growth, relationship management with affiliates, and improving key performance metrics (ROI / FTD / revenue).

🔥 Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire, manage, and grow affiliate partnerships (webmasters, media buyers, SEO partners)
• Work with CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid partnership models
• Manage and optimize traffic across Tier-1 GEOs
• Analyze partner performance and improve KPIs
• Attend iGaming conferences and expand your professional network
• Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to drive performance growth

✔️ Requirements:

🔥 2+ years of experience in iGaming affiliate marketing
🔥 Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models
🔥 Experience working with Tier-1 GEOs
🔥 English level B1+ (business communication and correspondence)
🔥 Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance metrics
