📍 Location: Germasogeia, Limassol, Cyprus

We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Sales Consultant to join our luxury women's fashion boutique. If you have a strong sense of style, enjoy working with people, and are passionate about premium fashion, we would love to hear from you.

📌Key Responsibilities

Client Service & Sales

* Deliver an exceptional customer experience and provide personalized styling advice.
* Build strong relationships with clients and develop a loyal customer base.
* Understand individual customer needs and assist them in selecting the perfect pieces.
* Collect and maintain customer information for CRM purposes, including preferences and contact details.
* Create a welcoming boutique atmosphere, including offering refreshments to clients.
* Manage and respond to online inquiries received through social media and the company website.

Merchandise & Store Operations

* Ensure all sizes and product ranges are properly represented on the sales floor.
* Maintain impeccable presentation standards throughout the boutique and fitting rooms.
* Ensure all products are correctly labeled and priced.

Inventory & Logistics

* Maintain accurate sales and inventory records.
* Ensure the stockroom remains organized and efficient.
* Monitor product availability and ensure garments are prepared and presented in perfect condition.
* Prepare, pack, and dispatch online orders.

📌Requirements

* Previous experience in fashion retail sales, preferably within luxury or premium brands.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong customer-service mindset and ability to build lasting client relationships.
* High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
* Ability to maintain luxury retail standards and brand image.
* Conversational English is required.
