πRole Overview
As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for managing, growing, and optimizing affiliate partnerships with a strong focus on Tier 1 GEOs. You will work closely with internal teams to drive high-quality traffic, maximize ROI, and scale profitable channels.
πKey Responsibilities
Develop and manage affiliate partnerships across Tier 1 markets (US, UK, CA, AU, EU, etc.)
Recruit, onboard, and manage new affiliates and media partners
Optimize affiliate performance based on CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and ROI metrics
Monitor traffic quality, player value (LTV), retention, and fraud indicators
Negotiate commercial terms and build long-term, win-win partnerships
Analyze performance data and continuously improve campaign results
Work closely with Product, CRM, Payments, and Risk teams
Stay up to date with iGaming market trends and competitor activity
πRequirements
2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming industry
Proven hands-on experience with Tier 1 players and GEOs (mandatory)
Strong understanding of affiliate models: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid
Experience working with casino and/or sportsbook products
Existing affiliate network and strong relationship-building skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize performance based on data
Fluent English (written and spoken)
