We're hiring an experienced Tech Support Agent (Payments Integrations) to scale reliability across our payments platform.
You'll sit at the intersection of Support, Engineering, Product, and Infrastructure — **owning critical incidents and making systems more reliable every day.
**
What you'll do:
🪙Own high-severity incidents end-to-end — triage to resolution
🪙Investigate backend issues with logs, metrics, traces, SQL
🪙Work with Engineering, DevOps & Product on production fixes
🪙Improve monitoring, alerting & observability
🪙Build runbooks, coach L1/L2 on recurring issues
🪙Support releases, validate deployments, catch regressions early
🪙Drive root-cause analysis and long-term reliability work
🪙Communicate clearly with stakeholders during incidents

What you bring (must-have):
💡3+ years in #Technical Support / SRE / #Incident Response / Production Ops
💡#Fintech, payments, cloud, or #crypto background
Strong #Linux & #networking fundamentals (HTTP/S, TLS, APIs, DBs)
💡Confident with logs, debugging tools, #SQL
💡Hands-on with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Sentry, PagerDuty / Opsgenie or similar
💡Calm under pressure
💡Professional English, Russian

Nice to have:
#Kubernetes, #AWS/GCP/Azure, CI/CD
#Blockchain infra, custody, #wallet services
Bash / Python scripting
Regulated crypto experience
