We are looking for a PSP Tech Operations Specialist
Responsibilities:
📌Routing & Monitoring: Configuring and supporting payment routing and monitoring channel metrics to optimize approval rates;
📌Incident Resolution: Analyzing and resolving technical incidents in collaboration with PSP monitoring teams to minimize downtime;
📌Technical Documentation: Working with providers' technical documentation to ensure correct setup and support of payment tools;
📌Integration Support: Participating in the integration of payment solutions to expand the platform's functional capabilities;
📌Operational Oversight: Participating in the oversight of operational processes to ensure the stability and efficiency of the payment infrastructure.
Requirements:
✔️Industry Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the payments, Fintech, or iGaming sector to ensure a quick transition into the company's business context;
✔️Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Grafana/Tableau and Jira/Trello for system monitoring and effective task management;
✔️Payments Expertise: Deep understanding of payment terminology and the operational principles of a payments department to provide high-quality support;
✔️Troubleshooting Skills: Experience reading transaction logs and resolving technical/financial incidents to independently manage tasks from identification to resolution;
✔️Lifecycle Knowledge: Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to effectively participate in payment solution integration processes;
✔️Professional Communication: Strong skills in communicating with providers and technical teams to coordinate actions during incidents and integrations;
✔️Language Skills: English (B1) and fluent Russian to work with documentation and communicate within an international team;
✔️AI Tooling Awareness: Interest in leveraging AI tools for log analysis, ticket summarization, and automated anomaly detection.
