9RED is looking for a Reconciliation Specialist to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible person with strong analytical skills, who is comfortable working with numbers and quickly identifying discrepancies.

📌 What You'll Do:
• Conduct regular reconciliations between the company’s internal accounting systems and payment system/provider records
• Identify, analyze, and process discrepancies, as well as initiate corrective actions
• Maintain records of settlements based on reconciliation results
• Monitor incoming payments, refunds, and commissions
• Verify the accuracy of calculations and compliance of financial data with agreements concluded with payment systems
• Communicate with payment providers regarding discrepancies and payment-related issues
• Request and process additional information in disputed cases
• Participate in optimization and automation of reconciliation processes
• Prepare recommendations for improving interaction processes with payment systems
• Collaborate with internal auditors and the finance team on reporting and financial control matters

📌 What We're Looking For:
• 1–3 years of experience in financial control, accounting, audit, payment systems, or reconciliation
• Experience working with international payment systems and providers
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
• Understanding of accounting principles, financial control, and reporting
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience working with large volumes of data
• Understanding of reconciliation automation and data processing principles
• English level B1+ or higher (daily communication with international partners and providers)
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Ability to quickly identify and resolve discrepancies/errors
• Ability to work efficiently in a multitasking environment
