📍Head of Marketing
Основные задачи:
• Управление маркетинговой стратегией и ее реализацией (performance + affiliate)
• Масштабирование каналов привлечения (FB, UAC, SEO, инфлюенсеры и др.)
• Управление партнерской сетью (аффилиаты, агентства, вебмастера)
• Контроль и оптимизация ключевых метрик (CPA, ROI, LTV, FTD)
• Анализ эффективности трафика и принятие решений на основе данных
• Построение и оптимизация системы отчетности и аналитики
• Контроль трекинга (UTM, AppsFlyer / Keitaro / др.)
• Запуск и тестирование новых гипотез и каналов
• Управление бюджетами и распределение ресурсов
• Взаимодействие с продуктом, аналитикой и другими командами

Основные задачи:
• Ведение и контроль маркетинговых активностей (FB, UAC, SEO, инфлюенсеры и др.)
• Коммуникация с партнерами, аффилиатами и подрядчиками
• Подготовка и контроль запусков рекламных кампаний
• Сбор и анализ данных (рег → FTD, CPA, ROI, LTV и т.д.)
• Ведение отчетности (Google Sheets / Excel / dashboards)
• Проверка корректности трекинга (UTM, alanebase, Keitaro и др.)
• Поиск новых источников трафика и тест гипотез
• Участие в разработке маркетинговых стратегий

• Запуск и контроль рекламных кампаний партнеров
• Анализ качества трафика (reg → FTD → LTV)
• Контроль KPI: CPA, ROI, объемы, retention
• Выявление и отключение некачественного трафика
• Работа с трекингом (UTM, постбеки, AppsFlyer / Keitaro/ alanbase)
• Подготовка отчетности по партнерам и каналам
• Мониторинг конкурентов и поиск новых возможностей
Наши ожидания:
• Опыт работы Affiliate Manager’ом от 1–2 лет (желательно iGaming / betting)
