We're looking for a service-driven professional to join our online casino team as a VIP Customer Support Agent, based full-time at our Limassol office.
What you'll do:
• Be the dedicated point of contact for our highest-value players
• Handle account queries, bonuses, withdrawals and escalations with speed and professionalism
• Build genuine relationships with VIP clients across live chat, email and phone
• Log interactions in our CRM and collaborate with the VIP Management team
What we're looking for:
• Experience in customer support (iGaming, hospitality or luxury service a big plus)
• Excellent English — both written and spoken
• Calm, solutions-oriented and discreet under pressure
• Comfortable with rotating shifts including evenings and weekends
• Based in Limassol
