✔️ Negotiation skills: The ability to find optimal and well-balanced solutions, with a focus on the success and growth of both the client’s business and the company;
✔️ Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to present effectively at all levels, including C-suite audiences;

paytech is a dynamic fintech company dedicated to pushing the boundaries of innovation in the industry. We’re currently seeking an experienced and proactive Business Analyst to join our growing Integrations team at our office in Limassol, Cyprus.

About the Role: As a Business Analyst for the Integrations Team, you will act as a bridge between clients, providers, and the development team. This role combines business and system analysis responsibilities and is deeply embedded in the delivery process. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless, efficient, and high-quality integrations of third-party payment providers into our platform.

🌴 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Dev team, Account Managers, Product, Support) and external PSPs to gather, analyze, and document integration requirements;
✔️ Analyze client requests and provider API documentation to define clear, structured, and technically feasible requirements;
✔️ Communicate with clients and providers (via comments, chat, and occasional calls) to clarify requirements and resolve open questions;
✔️ Conduct gap analysis between partner APIs and paytech’s platform capabilities;
✔️ Prepare integration documentation, flow diagrams, and interface definitions;
✔️ Support developers during implementation by clarifying logic, edge cases, and integration details;
✔️ Facilitate resolution of technical questions between developers and providers/clients;
✔️ Contribute to continuous improvement of internal BA processes and knowledge bases.

🌴 Job Requirements:
✔️ 3+ years of experience in business, system or product analysis roles, specifically in payment systems, PSP integrations, or fintech platforms;
✔️ Strong understanding of APIs, payment flows, and system integration concepts, and practical experience working directly with development teams;
✔️ Fluent in English and Russian (written and spoken);
✔️ Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail;
✔️ Ability to document and communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely;
✔️ Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Postman, or similar;
✔️ Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
✔️ Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in payments is a plus.

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Product Owner to own the Integrations Hub end-to-end: from data accuracy and enrichment to the public website experience and internal back-office tooling. This is a cross-functional role at the intersection of product, data, engineering, and commercial teams. You will be the single accountable person driving the Integration Hub's quality, completeness, and strategic impact.

Our Integrations Hub is both a core internal tool and a public-facing marketing asset that showcases the breadth and depth of our payment network to prospects and clients.

This role gives you full ownership of a product that touches every part of the business.

🐠 Responsibilities:
✔️ Own the source of truth as internal provider/brand database: validate, enrich, and maintain provider records, payment methods, supported countries, and operations data;
✔️ Drive ongoing verification of the data, identify and resolve data discrepancies: ensure every integration is accurately represented and discoverable;
✔️ Define and iterate on the UX: filters, search, provider detail pages, and data presentation;
✔️ Work with marketing to maximize the Hub's impact: provider counts, geo coverage, and feature highlights that resonate with potential clients;
✔️ Align engineering, data, and commercial stakeholders on priorities: from brand discovery to platform updates;
✔️ Establish processes for keeping data current as new integrations are added or providers change, leverage AI/automation tools to scale data enrichment and verification processes;
✔️ Collaborate with white-label partners to ensure their method lists and branding are accurately reflected;
✔️ Define KPIs for Hub's health: accuracy rate, completeness, time-to-publish for new integrations, and commercial impact metrics.

🪸 Requirements:
✔️ 2-3 years of experience in analytics, data management, or product/business analysis, ideally in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS;
✔️ Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem: PSPs, acquirers, API integrations, payment methods, and how integrations work at a technical level;
✔️ Ability to research and structure complex information from multiple sources (APIs, documentation, internal systems, external data);
✔️ Hands-on, independent approach - able to take a concept from research to implementation;
✔️ Experience managing information or building systems that are used by multiple teams;
✔️ Ability to prioritize work, make trade-offs, and plan short- and mid-term roadmap;
✔️ English and Russian fluent.

🧷 Nice to have:
✔️ Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for data enrichment, research, or automation workflows;
✔️ Nice to have: Experience with payment orchestration platforms or white-label payment solutions.
