Position: Retention/CRM Manager
Location: remote(except Russia)

Requirements:
-Experience in an iGaming 3+ years;
-Gamification tools, personalisation and players segmentation, CRM and communications like SMS, emails, push, bonus engines etc;
-Responsible for validating the retention tools used by the platform so we can manage them more effectively and, for example, decide whether to retain the platform's tools or integrate third-party ones like Smartico;
-Responsible for reactivating high-profile players, VIPs, and whales who have generated significant revenue;
-Works close-in-command with VIP manager.
