React Developer - Middle
**Tamaska is a platform for managing banner and video advertising. The core functionality is in place; we're now focused on expanding it: retargeting, content delivery, and impression analytics. We operate in a microservices architecture under high-load conditions.
We are seeking an experienced React Engineer to join our team of 20. You will leverage your expertise to develop cutting-edge features for one of our products.

**What you'll be working on
**Building new platform modules: analytics dashboards, campaign management, and data-heavy interfaces
Integrating backend APIs and third-party services, including AI models
Participating in code reviews and contributing to architectural decisions
Collaborating with designers and product managers — from mockup to production
Improving development processes and internal tooling

**What we're looking for
**4+ years of commercial experience with React
Strong TypeScript and JavaScript skills (async patterns, closures, performance)
Experience in product teams working with high-load systems or complex business logic
Ability to translate design mockups into polished, detail-oriented UIs
Comfortable working remotely and async — you can manage yourself without daily check-ins

**Nice to have
**Familiarity with ad tech platforms or analytics tooling
