💼 What You’ll Do

✨ Build & grow a strong network of affiliate partners across your GEOs
✨ Own the full partner lifecycle - from onboarding to scaling
✨ Work with CPA / Hybrid / RevShare models
✨ Analyze performance (FTDs, deposits, retention, ROI) 📊
✨ Identify growth opportunities & optimize campaigns
✨ Negotiate deals and maximize partner value 🤝
✨ Collaborate with marketing, analytics & finance teams

🧠 What We’re Looking For

✔️ Fluent Arabic - this is a must
✔️ Good command of English
✔️ Background in affiliate marketing / iGaming / performance marketing
✔️ Understanding of CPA, RevShare & Hybrid models
✔️ Analytical mindset + strong communication skills
✔️ Based in / ready to relocate to Limassol
