Financial PSP Analyst

📍 Limassol, Cyprus — office | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy of settlements with PSPs and transparency of PSP balances
• Perform reconciliation of deposits, withdrawals, chargebacks, refunds, and PSP balances
• Validate PSP commissions, processing fees, and rolling reserve calculations
• Identify discrepancies in settlements and coordinate resolution with internal teams and PSPs
• Prepare financial reports on PSP performance and payment channels
• Monitor PSP balances, settlements, and funding cycles
• Track receivables from PSP providers and ensure timely recovery of funds
• Maintain accurate records of PSP-related transactions and balances

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, reconciliation, or payment operations
• Experience working with payment systems (PSP / fintech / payments)
• Strong experience with financial reconciliation and large transaction datasets
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice to have:

• Experience in iGaming or other high-risk industries
• Experience with crypto payments
• Knowledge of SQL, BI tools, or financial systems (e.g., 1C)

Head Of Treasury

Responsibilities:

• Lead treasury operations and ensure liquidity control across all financial channels
• Monitor cash balances across banks, PSPs, EMI institutions, and crypto wallets
• Plan liquidity to prevent cash gaps and support uninterrupted operations
• Validate payment requests and ensure compliance with internal financial controls
• Manage relationships with banks, PSPs, and payment providers
• Monitor PSP balances, settlements, and funding to ensure stable payouts
• Manage crypto liquidity and wallet infrastructure
• Prepare regular reports on balances, liquidity, and cash flow for leadership

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in treasury or financial operations
• Experience in iGaming, Gambling, Fintech, or other high-risk industries
• Strong experience working with banks, PSPs, EMI institutions, and crypto payments
• Experience managing multi-entity and multi-currency financial structures
• Strong understanding of banking compliance and financial controls
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
• English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher
