Position: Customer Support Specialist (Level 2)
paytech is looking for a Customer Support Specialist (L2) in Limassol!

๐ What you will do:
โ๏ธ Resolve complex customer technical issues end-to-end, providing clear updates throughout the process;
โ๏ธ Troubleshoot advanced product, system, and integration problems using logs, transaction data, and system analysis;
โ๏ธ Reproduce reported issues in test environments and escalate bugs to Engineering;
โ๏ธ Assist with internal testing of new features, AI, and releases;
โ๏ธ Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base;
โ๏ธ Support and mentor junior agents.
๐ What we expect:
โ๏ธ English proficiency at B2 level or higher (required); Russian (native or fluent) is a plus;
โ๏ธ 1+ years of experience in a B2B support role within fintech, payments, or a similar technical environment;
โ๏ธ Strong understanding of APIs, payment systems, and basic SQL/database queries;
โ๏ธ Ability to analyze complex technical problems, identify root causes, implement effective solutions, and explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users;
โ๏ธ Strong team collaboration skills;
โ๏ธ Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
