🔥Head of Affiliate Program (iGaming)
We are looking for a Head of Casino Marketing to lead the growth of our casino brand

🎯 Candidate's Responsibilities


• Develop and own the global affiliate strategy aligned with company revenue goals

• Scale affiliate channel across Tier-1, Tier-2, and Tier-3 markets

• Identify new GEO opportunities and partnership models

• Build go-to-market strategies for launching new brands via affiliates

• Negotiate complex commercial deals (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid)

• Manage key accounts and ensure partner satisfaction

• Analyze key metrics: LTV, CAC, ROI, retention, payback period

• Optimize deal structures and commission models

• Establish scalable affiliate processes and workflows

• Mentor and coach affiliate managers

• Drive a performance-oriented culture

🎯Candidate Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in iGaming Affiliate Marketing

• Proven experience managing affiliate programs at scale

• Strong expertise in CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models

• Experience working across multiple GEOs (Tier-1–3)
