🚀 Product Marketing Specialist (B2B SaaS) | Remote 🚀

We’re looking for a hands-on Product Marketing Specialist to help strengthen our product visibility and maintain clear, consistent messaging across key channels. This role is focused on product content, positioning, and marketing execution, rather than performance marketing or pure social media management. This is an execution-focused product marketing role with real ownership and growth potential: not a performance marketing or paid ads role, not a pure SMM role, and not a senior strategic PMM position.

✔️ About the Role and the Project:
We’re building a B2B SaaS platform that helps teams manage goals and strategy through tools seamlessly integrated with Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, as well as our own standalone platform. Our products help teams work with OKRs and KPIs directly inside their existing workflows. You will be responsible for ensuring our product messaging is accurate, consistent, and well-positioned across platforms. Your work will focus on maintaining product pages, managing listings and reviews, adapting messaging for different audiences, and supporting community and content presence.

✔️ Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update website product pages and landing pages based on new features and releases
• Adapt product messaging and positioning for different channels and audiences
• Manage listings, directories, and review platforms (e.g. G2, partner platforms)
• Support and run review and visibility campaigns
• Conduct competitor and market research to improve positioning and messaging
• Create and edit short-form product content (website copy, platform descriptions, LinkedIn posts)
• Support community presence and company content on LinkedIn
• Research industry events, partnerships, and visibility opportunities
(optional participation in 1–3 events per year)

✔️ Key Qualifications:
• 1–4 years of experience in Product Marketing, Content Marketing, or B2B SaaS Marketing
• Experience working with B2B SaaS or tech products
• Strong English copywriting and messaging skills
• Ability to translate product features into clear, user-friendly value propositions
• Hands-on mindset with ownership of tasks from idea to execution
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Familiarity with the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence)
Basic understanding of SEO or analytics tools
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
• Experience working with SaaS directories and review platforms (G2, Capterra, etc.)

🚀 Chief Financial Officer (CFO) | Mexico / Remote 🚀

We’re looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to take full ownership of financial strategy and risk management in a large-scale fintech company operating in the microfinance and consumer lending space. This is a senior executive role for a finance leader who has worked inside credit institutions, understands loan portfolios end-to-end, and can confidently operate at the intersection of growth, risk, and investor relations.

✔️ About the Role:
A fast-growing fintech company in the microfinance sector, operating within the top-10 microfinance institutions in Mexico, serving nearly 1 million active clients and backed by $15M in funding. The business manages a large retail credit portfolio and operates in a highly regulated financial environment. As CFO, you will be responsible for the entire financial function: from portfolio performance and credit risk to investor communication and capital structure. This role requires deep hands-on experience with NPL, reserves, IFRS, liquidity management, and debt financing, as well as the ability to influence strategic decisions at the executive level.

✔️ Key Responsibilities:
• Own and lead the company’s financial strategy and execution
• Manage retail credit portfolio performance and financial sustainability
• Oversee NPL, loan loss provisions, and reserve policies
• Control credit risk, delinquency management, and portfolio quality
• Ensure full compliance with IFRS (with strong focus on credit products)
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and plan–fact analysis
• Own P&L, Cash Flow, and financial reporting
• Manage liquidity, treasury operations, and capital efficiency
• Optimize capital structure and excess liquidity usage
• Lead debt financing and investment attraction processes
• Maintain direct communication with investors and lenders
• Ensure compliance with local and regional financial regulation
• Act as a key strategic partner to the CEO and executive team

✔️ Key Qualifications:
• Proven experience as CFO or Deputy CFO in a microfinance or credit institution
• Hands-on experience managing retail loan portfolios
• Deep understanding of NPL, reserves, and credit risk management
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, especially related to lending products
• Experience with debt financing and investor relations
• Strong background in budgeting, treasury, liquidity, and reporting
• Ability to operate in a regulated financial environment
• Experience working in LATAM (Mexico is a strong advantage)
• Understanding of regional financial regulation
• Languages: English required (working level), spanish required (for Mexico-based operations), russian — a plus
