I'm looking for a Data Engineer either a Python dev to own our financial data pipelines.
Why is this project a challenge for top-tier engineers?
Core Mission: You will be at the heart of a major data stack migration—transitioning our core pipelines from Snowflake to a modern Kafka + ClickHouse architecture. The goal is to achieve near-real-time processing for vast volumes of financial data.
Direct Impact: Your work will directly influence risk management quality and strategic decisions in a global company.
Ownership & Autonomy: Experience a "startup mode" within an established company. Minimal bureaucracy, significant influence on technical direction and tool selection. You will be the second engineer in the team, working closely with the Tech Lead and Quants.

Quant experience
DevOps skills
Transaction data know-how
