Платформа для работы с цифровыми активами, созданная при поддержке одного из крупнейших международных банков. Мы строим надёжную, безопасную и высокодоступную инфраструктуру для профессиональных участников рынка. Продукт работает в строго регулируемой среде с жёсткими требованиями к безопасности, комплаенсу и бесперебойности. Внутри — 25+ микросервисов, развёрнутых в multi-environment кластерах.

Чем предстоит заниматься:
Полностью отвечать за инфраструктуру на базе AWS и Kubernetes (multi-environment кластеры).
Обеспечивать отказоустойчивость, бекапы и Disaster Recovery в соответствии со стандартами institutional finance.
Управлять GitOps-пайплайнами с FluxCD и CI/CD в GitLab.
Настраивать мониторинг, логирование и алёртинг (Grafana + система сбора логов).
Работать с безопасностью: KMS, Parameter Store, VPC, IAM, сетевые политики, аудит.
Участвовать в разборе инцидентов и on-call ротациях (компенсируются).
Оптимизировать облачные затраты и улучшать инфраструктуру.

Стек технологий:
Облако: AWS (обязательно: KMS, Parameter Store, EC2, VPC, RDS, IAM)
Оркестрация: Kubernetes (администрирование, troubleshooting)
GitOps: FluxCD (строгое требование)
CI/CD: GitLab (построение и поддержка пайплайнов)
Мониторинг: Grafana + Loki

Кого мы ищем:
Senior-инженера (5–10 лет опыта) с глубокими знаниями AWS и Kubernetes.
Обязателен опыт работы в финансовом секторе, institutional crypto или банковской сфере — там, где требования к надёжности и безопасности максимальны.
Уверенное владение FluxCD и GitLab CI.
Понимание Disaster Recovery, бекапов и процедур восстановления после сбоев.
Опыт работы с Kafka на уровне инфраструктуры (операторы, управление топиками) будет плюсом.
Английский язык (уровень B2 и выше).
Личные качества: надёжность, ответственность, проактивность, умение брать на себя ownership, внимательность к деталям.
