We’re looking for a motivated Paralegal to join our growing team in Limassol. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on exposure to corporate law, international clients, and long-term career growth.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Draft and review legal documents (Powers of Attorney, resolutions, Memorandums, agreements, etc.)
• Prepare and maintain corporate records, including board minutes and shareholder agreements
• Manage the administration of a portfolio of companies
• Liaise with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication
• Support general business and administrative tasks
🔹 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent (Bar admission is a plus, not mandatory)
• Fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written); Russian or Polish is an advantage
• At least 1 year of experience in corporate law or a related field (relevant skills may compensate)
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive, client-focused mindset
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High level of professionalism and strong interpersonal skills
