We’re hiring an experienced iGaming Risk Manager to join a fast-growing, regulated iGaming company in Limassol.

Role summary
You’ll be responsible for managing financial, fraud, AML, and operational risks, working closely with Payments, Fraud, Compliance, Product, and Data teams to ensure strong risk controls and sustainable growth.

Key requirements

3+ years of experience in risk management, fraud, or related roles within iGaming

Strong knowledge of fraud, AML, chargebacks, bonuses, and responsible gambling risks

Experience with risk monitoring tools, data analysis, and reporting

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Fluent English (spoken and written)

Russian or Ukrainian speakers are a strong advantage
