**Lead User Acquisition Manager
We are looking for a Lead UAM, who will take full ownership of the UA strategy and execution for our flagship game Oxide: Survival Island**.
**🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:
**• Build and scale the User Acquisition process for our flagship game Oxide: Survival Island.
• Plan, launch, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, taking full hands-on responsibility.
• Own campaign analytics: track performance and work with key metrics.
• Define requirements and briefs for ad creatives and evaluate their performance.
• Continuously test new hypotheses, channels, and approaches to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders.
**🧠 What We Expect From You:
**• Solid UA experience in mobile games with in-app purchase monetization, preferably in mid-core/hard-core titles (3+ years).
• Experience building UA processes from scratch.
• Deep understanding and experience with the USA market.
• Extensive experience with Google Ads, AppLovin, Meta, Unity Ads.
• Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data and predictions.
• Ability to provide actionable feedback on ad creatives, including concepts, formats, and messaging.
• Fluent English is a must; fluent Russian is a strong plus.
