We are hiring a Head of Sports CRM (.com markets) for an international, iGaming-focused marketing company.

This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of Sports CRM across multiple brands and global markets. The focus is on building and scaling a sports-first CRM strategy that operates in real time during live events, odds changes and peak tournaments.

Key responsibilities:

• Own Sports CRM strategy: segmentation, engagement, retention and performance
• Drive real-time CRM decisions based on sports events and calendars
• Optimise lifecycle and retention for high-volume sportsbook audiences
• Build advanced segmentation and predictive models
• Manage sports promotional architecture, automation and testing
• Lead and scale large international CRM teams
• Work closely with Trading, Product, BI and Marketing
• Own CRM KPIs and continuous optimisation

Key requirements:

• 5–7+ years of CRM experience, ideally in Sportsbook / iGaming (.com markets)
• Strong background in segmentation, testing and personalisation
• Proven KPI ownership and performance-driven mindset
• Experience leading large teams (20+ people)
• Strong communication and operational skills
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
