✔️ Grow the partner network by attracting new clients and strengthening the company’s market position;
✔️ Present and demonstrate paytech products, identifying partner needs and interest;
✔️ Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure, achieving and exceeding KPIs;
✔️ Build and maintain long-term client relationships by offering optimal paytech solutions to support business growth;
✔️ Maintain a client-focused mindset and contribute strategically to paytech’s market leadership.
🪐 Requirements:
✔️ Industry Knowledge: At least 2 years of experience in the payments industry, with a solid understanding of the structure and organization of a payment gateway / payment institution (experience working in SaaS companies will be considered an advantage);
✔️ Proven Skills: Working Experience as an active sales professional or in business development manager, who is not afraid to take responsibility and is ready to achieve success together with the team;
✔️ Negotiation skills: The ability to find optimal and well-balanced solutions, with a focus on the success and growth of both the client’s business and the company;
✔️ Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to present effectively at all levels, including C-suite audiences;
✔️ Organizational Efficiency: Superior self-organization and discipline, consistently thriving in dynamic and fast-paced environments;
✔️ Networking: Attend relevant events to network with prospective partners and promote paytech’s solutions.

✔️ Strong understanding of the European PSP market;
✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
✔️ Knowledge of merchant acquiring agreements, chargebacks, rolling reserves, and payment reconciliation;
✔️ Understanding of compliance requirements (KYC, AML, PCI DSS, PSD2, SCA);
✔️Native or fluent Russian, English level B2+, additional European languages are a plus.
