🧷Position: Marketing Operations Coordinator

We build payment technology for businesses worldwide. We’re looking for a structured and hands-on Marketing Operations Coordinator to manage marketing projects end-to-end and keep execution running smoothly across teams.

🧩Key Responsibilities:
- Own and prioritise incoming marketing-related requests
- Manage marketing projects from initial briefing through to delivery
- Coordinate workflows and timelines across marketing, design, product, operations, and business development
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely execution
- Coordinate social media activity, including planning, approvals, and scheduling
- Support the organisation and coordination of marketing-led events at major EXPOs
- Maintain clear communication and documentation to keep projects moving

🗒Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or a similar role
- Background in technology/fintech/payments, with at least 2 years’ experience in SaaS
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Clear communicator with strong attention to detail
- Experience with HubSpot CRM and Asana is mandatory
- Fluent in English
