We are hiring a Mechanical Engineer to develop, implement, and supervise engineering systems in construction projects.
The role focuses on mechanical / building systems in residential and commercial buildings and requires strong technical expertise, self-organization, and effective communication.

🔹 Responsibilities:
• Design, oversee, and implement engineering systems (Mechanical / Electrical scope)
• Lead engineering systems projects from planning to delivery
• Ensure quality, safety standards, testing, and performance evaluation
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and other internal teams
• Manage external suppliers, vendors, and contractors
• Provide regular progress updates and prepare detailed project reports

🔹 Requirements:
• Degree or qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of onsite experience in engineering systems
• Solid knowledge of building systems and design software (CAD)
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of at least 2 of the following languages: English / Greek / Russian
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license
