๐Ÿช Responsibilities:
โœ”๏ธ Build and optimize the full commercial process, from lead generation to account growth;
โœ”๏ธ Define and track KPIs for sales accountability and performance;
โœ”๏ธ Develop and maintain sales playbooks, onboarding materials, and best practices;
โœ”๏ธ Design and execute a scalable revenue strategy for sustainable growth and long-term partnerships;
โœ”๏ธ Drive new business through prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships;
โœ”๏ธ Leverage fintech and payments networks to unlock high-value opportunities;
โœ”๏ธ Maintain and improve CRM for accuracy, transparency, and pipeline visibility;
โœ”๏ธ Create sales materials that support the process and strengthen the brand;
โœ”๏ธ Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to align sales with market trends;
โœ”๏ธ Lead key deals, calls, and client meetings as needed;
โœ”๏ธ Monitor performance, forecast revenue, and report insights to executives;
โœ”๏ธ Establish scalable, consistent sales processes across the team;
โœ”๏ธ Represent the company at industry events, enhancing brand visibility;
โœ”๏ธ Advocate for commercial needs to ensure cross-department collaboration.

๐Ÿช Requirements:
โœ”๏ธ Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of payments, fintech, and B2B SaaS ecosystems. Experience selling payment platforms, orchestration, or white-label solutions. Minimum 3 years in a senior or leadership role within Payments or Fintech SaaS sales;
โœ”๏ธ Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in building or scaling a sales function and achieving measurable revenue growth.
โœ”๏ธ Leadership: Skilled in mentoring and motivating high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
โœ”๏ธ Strategic Vision: Ability to translate business goals into actionable sales strategies and frameworks.
โœ”๏ธ Communication: Clear, persuasive communicator able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
โœ”๏ธ Network: Established connections within the payments and fintech ecosystem.
โœ”๏ธ Operational Discipline: Data-driven, structured, and capable of building efficient, repeatable sales processes.
โœ”๏ธ Cultural Fit: Entrepreneurial, transparent, and collaborative โ€” thrives in a culture built on ownership and innovation.
โœ”๏ธ Russian is desirable but not required. Fluent English is mandatory.
