**Personal Assistant - Family Office – Limassol, Cyprus
**
Key Responsibilities
• Support of the family office operations by providing administrative support to the UBO, Head of FO and operational team
• Preparation of agendas, documentation and meeting notes as required, handling sensitive information with discretion and a high level of accuracy
• Calendar maintenance and coordination of meetings and calls
• General PA support, including document preparation, basic bookkeeping and managing correspondence
• Primary contact for business associates, and service providers, ensuring smooth communication flow
• Support of business and private travel, including itineraries, arranging visas, travel, accommodation, restaurants, and entertainment as required
• Execution and monitoring of personal requests of the UBO
• Ad-hoc projects as and when required by the UBO or Head of FO
• Observing a code of strictest confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications and Skills
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a family office or for a UHNW individual.
• Fluency in Russian and English.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with strong attention to detail.
• Reliable and trustworthy, with a high degree of diplomacy and discretion.
• Proactive problem-solver, demonstrates a high level of autonomy, initiative and independence.
• A positive, can-do attitude, adaptable to new challenges.
• Exceptional communication skills for liaising with various stakeholders.
• Flexible and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
• Has the flexibility to work additional/out of hours as necessary to meet the UBO’s needs as and when necessary.
