A young and fast-growing iGaming company looking for an experienced Head of VIP to lead and scale VIP direction. This is a unique opportunity to grow, influence key business decisions, and earn together with the company 🚀

The role is based in Limassol, Cyprus, full-time (hybrid format from the office).

📌Requirements:
• Mandatory experience in the iGaming industry
• Strong background working with VIP and Tier-1 players
• Proven management experience (team leadership, KPIs, processes)
• Fluent English
• Experience in VIP player acquisition will be a strong advantage

📌Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the existing VIP team
• Build, optimize, and scale VIP processes and client strategy
• Personally manage key VIP players
• Define KPIs and maintain top-tier service quality
• Analyze VIP player behavior, driving retention and LTV growth
