💡Full-time; формат: офис, Лимассол.
Universal consulting partner that allows organizations and enterprises to make informed decisions based on data analysis and the experience of our specialists.
Responsibilities
Manage and support the full HR cycle: from onboarding to employee development and offboarding.
Design, organize, and conduct employee training sessions and development programs.
Corporate Culture & Communications: drive initiatives to strengthen company values, foster employee engagement, and support organizational culture through events and communications.
Employee Relations: handle workplace issues, provide consultation to employees and managers on labor and employment matters, and ensure a positive working environment.
Lead or participate in HR projects and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
3+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related position (for Middle) / 5+ years (for Senior).
Strong expertise in HR processes, policies, and employee relations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
Experience in driving HR initiatives and implementing best practices.
