โ Recruiting IT specialists: analysts, product managers, and engineers (Big Data, AI, software development).
โ Working with Russian-speaking candidates abroad and building effective hiring processes.
Requirements:
โ Proven experience in HR / recruitment, especially in traffic arbitrage or IT (strong understanding of niche specifics is key).
โ Ability to source, assess, and โsellโ projects to strong candidates.
โ Independence, clear prioritization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
