Responsibilities:

โ€” Recruiting IT specialists: analysts, product managers, and engineers (Big Data, AI, software development).
โ€” Working with Russian-speaking candidates abroad and building effective hiring processes.

Requirements:
โ€” Proven experience in HR / recruitment, especially in traffic arbitrage or IT (strong understanding of niche specifics is key).
โ€” Ability to source, assess, and โ€œsellโ€ projects to strong candidates.
โ€” Independence, clear prioritization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
