🚀 Senior CRM Manager

Industry: iGaming / Gambling
📍 Location: On-site, Valencia

We’re looking for a Senior CRM Manager to own and scale lifecycle communication across the player journey in an iGaming environment.

What we’re looking for:
-3–5 years of hands-on experience building and managing lifecycle CRM programs (iGaming background is a strong advantage).
-Solid expertise in segmentation, automation logic, and omnichannel communication (email, push, SMS).
-Practical experience with CRM automation platforms such as Optimove, Symplify, or similar tools.
-English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

📌Company provides relocation suppor for employee and their family (spouse/kids). Relocation could be done after 3 months of remote work 🔥
