🎯 Senior CRM Manager - Cyprus, Limassol (Relocation Provided)

We’re looking for an experienced Senior CRM Manager to join a growing international iGaming company in Limassol, Cyprus 🇨🇾

You’ll take ownership of CRM strategy and daily operations — from lifecycle campaigns and segmentation to automation and analytics. This is a role for someone who wants both strategic impact and hands-on involvement.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

-Design and lead CRM and outbound marketing strategy (email, push, in-app, SMS)
-Build and execute lifecycle campaigns focused on retention and engagement
-Collaborate with Product, Data, and Dev teams to ensure smooth execution
-Monitor performance, drive A/B testing and optimisations
-Act as the main contact for CRM planning and reporting

💡 We’re Looking For:

-3–5 years of experience in CRM (ideally within iGaming)
-Strong skills in segmentation, automation, and personalisation
-Experience with tools like Optimove, Symplify, or similar
-Analytical mindset and ability to turn data into actionable insights
-Solid understanding of player journeys and engagement tactics
-Upper-intermediate+ English
