What You’ll Do:
• Lead simulation & gaming projects
• Build interactive prototypes & gameplay in Unreal Engine
• Integrate hardware controllers, sensors, input devices
• Mentor developers & review code
• Work on system architecture & performance optimization

Must-have Skills: • 3+ years UE4/UE5 commercial experience
• C++ & Unreal Engine core systems expertise
• Experience on live/released game projects
• English C1+
• Blueprint + C++ hybrid solutions

Nice to Have:
• Procedural generation, AI frameworks, GAS
• Training simulators / industrial / military simulation
• Hardware experience: joysticks, pedals, haptics, motion platforms

Responsibilities:
Delivery:
• Develop & maintain web apps (frontend + backend)
• Build interactive 2D/3D experiences (Babylon.js / PlayCanvas)
• Lead 2–3 developers: mentoring & code review
Presale:
• Prepare tech proposals & estimates
• Join client calls as technical expert
• Create small PoCs / demos
Tech Stack:
• Frontend: TypeScript + React + Babylon.js / PlayCanvas
• Backend: Node.js (Express/NestJS), REST/GraphQL
• DB: PostgreSQL / MongoDB
Requirements:
• 3+ years commercial web dev, Tech Lead experience
• Browser-based graphics experience (games, simulations, 3D/2D)
• Strong communication + English for calls & docs
Nice to Have:
• CI/CD, Docker, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• AR/VR, gaming, complex visualizations
• Kubernetes / Serverless / Python
