We're now looking for a SEO Team Lead with healthy work ethics and passion for Digital Marketing to reinforce the Acquisition team of our Marketing Department. Responsibilities**
- Lead, mentor, and manage acquisition team of 3-5 people.
- Participate in development and control implementation of SEO strategy.
- Analyze performance and prepare performance reports for stakeholders.
- Monitor KPIs, identify red flags, suggest improvements to existing processes.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing.
- Control budgets efficiently ensuring cost-effective performance.
- Communicate with direct superior, internal clients, and stakeholders on SEO strategy.

Requirements**
- 5+ years of Digital Marketing (SEO focus).
- 3+ years of successful team management (3+ people).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of Digital Marketing Acquisition Channels (PPC, SEO, etc.).
- Familiarity with Marketing Analytics tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio).
- Advanced English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Would be a strong plus
- Familiarity with PPC core principles (Google Ads, Bing, etc.)
- Strong Excel / Google Spreadsheets skills
- Experience working with some modern CRM
- Proficiency in other languages
- Active Digital Marketing certificates
