🧷 Position: Business Analyst
📍 Location: Limassol | Hybrid / Flexible

We build a platform that helps online businesses manage payments worldwide. No bureaucracy, just drive, exciting projects, and a team that values ideas and initiative.
🧩 Key Responsibilities:
— Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather, analyze, and document requirements for new features;
— Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications;
— Participate in discovery and scoping sessions with customers, contributing to feasibility assessments;
— Review change requests and prepare them for grooming sessions;
— Prepare product requirements documentation, flow diagrams, and interface definitions;
— Maintain the product requirements knowledge base;
— Support Product Managers with planning and prioritization;
— Validate implemented features and facilitate UAT.
Track issues, risks, and dependencies throughout the product development lifecycle.
🗒 Requirements:
— 3+ years of experience in business analysis or product analysis roles, preferably in fintech/payments;
— Strong understanding of payments landscape, enterprise software development principles, system integration patterns;
— Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail;
— Proficiency in requirements management for complex enterprise software;
— Ability to document and communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely;
— Proficiency in tools like Jira, Asana, or similar;
— Fluent in English and Russian (written and spoken);
— Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
Preferred (bonus points):
— Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in payments.
