Freedom24 is expanding globally — and we’re looking for a senior leader to drive strategic licensing initiatives and manage high-impact M&A projects across multiple jurisdictions.

What you’ll do:
✨ Lead international licensing projects (MiCA, MiFID II, EMI/PI, etc.) from preparation to approval
✨ Manage regulatory submissions, documentation packages, timelines, and communication with authorities
✨ Oversee multi-jurisdiction programs and ensure full regulatory readiness
✨ Drive M&A workflows: due diligence, documentation, Change of Control, and integration
✨ Coordinate datarooms and communication between internal/external stakeholders
✨ Build roadmaps, project plans, dashboards, and ensure timely delivery
✨ Lead cross-functional alignment across Legal, Compliance, Product, Tech, Finance, Risk
✨ Translate regulatory requirements into clear operational tasks and maintain transparent project documentation

What we expect:
✔️ 5+ years of project management in fintech, payments, brokerage, banking, or other regulated sectors
✔️ Experience with licensing processes, regulatory submissions, and M&A (due diligence + integration)
✔️ Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (MiCA, MiFID II, PSD2, AMLD, EMI/PI, FATF)
✔️ Experience communicating with regulators and managing cross-functional stakeholders
✔️ Ability to translate regulatory requirements into operational tasks
✔️ Tools: Jira, Confluence, Notion or similar
✔️ Fluent English & Russian
