As part of our expansion strategy, we’re looking for HR Business Partner to join our team.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with leaders to build strong teams and align HR strategies with business goals
• Lead hiring and onboarding to ensure employees integrate and contribute effectively
• Assess team needs, create training programs, and support career growth
• Implement evaluation frameworks and foster a culture of continuous feedback
• Analyze HR data (retention, churn, eNPS, time-to-hire) to improve efficiency
• Enhance motivation, retention, and team cohesion in a remote-first environment
• Support smooth adaptation to new processes, structures, and technologies
• Promote collaboration, mediate disputes, and facilitate healthy communication
• Design competitive and fair salary and benefits packages
• Track labor market trends to attract and retain top talent
🎯 What we expect:
• Experience as an HR Generalist / HR Business Partner (iGaming industry will be an advantage)
• Successful track records in a growing start up or well-established business are equally welcome
• Strong knowledge of remote team management and matrix organizational structure will be a plus
• Readiness to be a stand-alone HR manager
• Deep understanding of best practices in people management
• Fluency in English and native-level knowledge of Russian are required.**
